At closing Onx Homes will pay the buyer's Broker a 3% real estate commission on the base purchase price of the home minus any credits given to the buyer.The buyer must purchase an eligible home quick move in ready,  please refer to the Developer's Broker Agreement for detailed terms and conditions.
